Get To Know Daniel aka Outer.…

a passionate artist that channels his creativity into various forms of art. Born in Southern California in 1988 from a Hispanic family, Daniel showed immense love for art from an early age. Although he struggled with reading, writing, and mathematics due to a learning disability, art brought him peace, comfort, and purpose.

By seventh grade, graffiti was what stole Daniel's heart, and it led him to become recognized in his city by his senior year in high school. Nevertheless, as much the recognition brought joy, it led to his arrest and imprisonment. During his time in jail, Daniel learned about tattooing, an art form that gave him another outlet for creativity, and so, after prison, Daniel began tattooing, persistently working to establish himself as an artist.

Daniel moved to Washington to find better opportunities, and after working as a carpenter there for a year, he returned to California, rekindling his passion for tattooing. Committed to his craft, he worked many jobs in various tattoo shops, gaining experience and building a reputation for himself as an individual artist.

With years of practice and mastery of the fundamentals of art, Daniel opened his own private tattoo studio in Denver, Colorado, where he continues to specialize in large-scale, black and gray realism integrated with an illustrative touch, retaining his signature darker, stoic ambiance. By pursuing his interest in collaborative works with artists whom he shares similar vision, Daniel hopes to keep building his brand as an artist.

Daniel’s years of relentless pursuit of creativity and passion are a testament to his dedication to his art form, his hard work, and a significant love for art. Despite his ups and downs, Daniel continues to be grateful for the opportunities art has given him, and he remains committed to pushing boundaries in the ever-evolving world of tattooing.
